FORMAL COACHING & MENTORSHIP
We are renowned for delivering developmental excellence in our programs for youth and adults alike.

We are partners with Dunsmuir Middle School in their "program of choice" soccer academy. We recently expanded the partnership to include Belmont Secondary School. Graduates of Dunsmuir can now continue their development in District #62. We also provide technical support to the Reynolds school program in District #61.

Castaways FC hired FC Victoria in 2007 to provide coaching consultation, development and support for their adult teams. The program expanded in 2008 to provide keeper specific training as well. As a result, their program standards have risen in this short period to make Castaways FC competitive in their league competitions.

FC Victoria also coordinates coaching seminars with the school academies, and local adult & youth leagues; sharing coaching ideas with the international guest coaches from Dundee FC & Sheffield Wednesday FC.
